Order Policy

All Psalms & Pillows products are made to order, meaning production begins as soon as you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Shipping Policy

Once an item has shipped, it is considered a final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on shipped orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items and items marked as “Final Sale.”

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as each item is made to order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
